Client details are never shared with third parties and client confidentiality is respected at all times.

No orders can therefore be cancelled or refunded once placed.  If a payment plan is in place a selected date will be chosen by the client for the payments to be made over a following two or three month period. The £225 minimum order spend must be included as the first instalment and paid on the day of the viewing.

If the client is unhappy with their gallery of images for any reason the minimum order £225  will be upheld at the discretion of the Photographer.

In the event The Photographer becomes unwell and is prevented from carrying out the booked session The Photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session on an alternative date once quarantine time has ended.

In the event The Client becomes unwell and cannot attend the photography session, The Client will receive a new date for a shoot once the quarantine time is over. If a new date is refused by The Client, the deposit already paid is transferable to a different shoot. Deposits are non-refundable.

If anyone attending the session (including but not limited to: The Client, The Client’s child or anyone else) appears to have symptoms of the virus (including but not limited to: a cough, fever or respiratory symptoms, mild or otherwise) they will be asked to leave immediately, and the session will be halted without notice or restriction. If anyone in the Client’s household becomes unwell with respiratory symptoms (as listed above), The Client has a duty to make the Photographer aware of this prior to the session. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the spread of the disease.

Please read the new policies that are in place due to Covid-19.
